Our generous return policy lasts for 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we CAN NOT offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds and returns are only eligible if the the following conditions apply:

> Within 90 days of purchase
> Regular priced items only
> Discounted items only
> Satisfaction guarantee claim (see below)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item and request a refund only if the following condition(s) apply:

1. Your purchase has a value under $50
2. The 90 return period has not expired


Again, if you are not satisfied with the item and the above conditions are met, a refund can be issued.


[ Return Eligibility - If Applicable ]

The condition of the item purchased and it's packaging material are important items to consider for an eligible return:

1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
(example: clothing can not have stains, tears and missing print)
2. Your item must also be in the original packaging
3. If the item is defective or damaged upon delivery


[ Non-Returnable Items - If Applicable ]

The following items DO NOT qualify for a refund and are non-returnable items:

> Gift cards
> Items purchased for Free, $1 or $0.01
> Downloadable software products
> Health and or personal care items


    [ Steps To Complete A Return ]

    To complete your return, we require the following steps be completed:

    1. Contact us explaining your reason for return (damaged, defective, unsatisfied, etc)
    2. Your receipt or proof of purchase emailed to us
    3. If a damaged / defective return, a photo of the damaged item must be emailed to us


    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless the product is a branded AutoClubHero product.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) and at our discretion:

    > Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons outside of our control
    > Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery


      [ Refunds - If Applicable ]

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.


      [ Late or missing refunds - If Applicable ]

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


      [ Sale items - If Applicable ]

      Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items will not be refunded. Please refer to the above section for more clarification.


      [ Exchanges - If Applicable ]

      We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item:

        [ Gifts ]

        If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you by the method of delivery that we choose.

        If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he / she will find out about your return.


        [ Shipping ]

        To return your product, you must first contact us as indicated in the above instructions. Once approved, you should ship your product to the address above.


        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

        If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We CAN NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not have control over shipping carriers.
